One of the concerns of entrepreneurs in these times is the management of employees in the context of COVID-19. They must take quick decisions that could have a long-term impact if they do not analyze the legal risk.
In this webinar, Me Charles-Émile Morin, lawyer at Norton Rose Fulbright will share his knowledge on issues related to employment law, including temporary, permanent layoffs or pay cuts.
To meet these concerns, he will present the government assistance measures implemented in response to COVID-19 such as the Canada emergency response benefit, the work-sharing program and the temporary aid for workers program as part of the COVID-19 pandemic (PATT COVID-19).
