The Pre-Incubation program focuses on Design Thinking and Lean Startup methodologies to support startup projects. Through a series of workshops with your peers and the Zú team, you will bring your business project to life by validating your product, market and business model.

• Work, rework and refine your idea into a viable product or service offering
• Structure your project into an initial business model
• Build a development roadmap for your project
• Establish a solid foundation for your startup so that you can join Zú’s Incubation program

Program Details

• A hybrid program (mostly online – in French) offered in short (10 weeks) or long (6 months) versions, depending on the startup’s needs and stage of development.
• A cohort program to benefit from the experience of your peers (max. 10 projects selected per cohort)
• Collaborative workshops with your peers, the team and our network of experts
• Meetings with Zú’s expert partners (Banque Nationale, KPMG, la tête chercheuse, Norton Rose Fulbright, CDRIN, Society for Arts and Technology).

Administrative fees for this program generally start at $850. Additional fees may apply for companies outside Quebec.
