The Growth Program is a customized program designed to increase the attractiveness of your business venture by assisting you in developing a financing strategy (dilutive and non-dilutive) and generating sales.

Program Objectives

• Prepare for your first round of funding and maximize funding opportunities by developing an investor outreach and networking strategy;
• Develop a growth strategy appropriate to your stage of development:
  • Organic Growth: Develop an attractive business model focused on revenue generation, cost management and financial sustainability.
  • Growth through financing: Create the documentation and database needed to support your fundraising and learn how to communicate effectively with investors.

Program Details

Phase 1 – Diagnosis with the Zú’s team (first 2 weeks)

• Assessment of your readiness to seek funding and the current attractiveness of your business to potential investors. Based on the results of this diagnosis, objectives (OKRs) are set by creating a roadmap for the duration of the program.
• Selection of a path : the program is either designed to prepare for fundraising or to improve the company’s fundamentals in order to optimize its fundraising approach (data room, investor list, pitch, etc.).

Phase 2 – Follow-up and support.

• Support, resources, workshops and monitoring of your objectives by Zú’s team of advisors, executives in residence (CFO, COO, CTO) and experts as required.
• Progress review after 3 months to fine-tune the program and content if needed.

Phase 3: Evaluation.

• Evaluate, in collaboration with the startup, the progress made and objectives achieved.
• Possibility to renew the program, recommended if work has been done on the organic growth of the company. The renewal will optimize the fundraising process.
• Possibility to join the incubation program after the growth program to benefit from the support of mentors.

This program gives you access to financing sources exclusive to incubator companies (MAIN’s Momentum PI, MEIE’s PSO V2e, Investissement Québec’s Impulsion PME), as well as privileged access to Zú’s network of investors, for which we will prepare you.

Management fees for this program start at $3,000. Additional fees may apply for companies outside of Quebec.
